Unfortunately, we see a lot of companies take advantage of the elderly and those who do not understand the process that goes into home repairs. This was clearly not the case. I was never involved in the process, my mother handled it all. Recently, my parents experienced some roof damage and broken glass to a green house due to a hail storm. My mother contacted Capital Roofing Solutions, LLC. and spoke to Jonathon about their needs. Even though Jonathon was busy with other repairs he took them on as a client and scheduled a time, convenient to my mother, to come out and see what she needed. When he arrived he made her feel comfortable explaining everything he saw during his initial inspection. He said he would take the job and explained what would happen as things progressed. He repeatedly told her over and over not to worry about anything, that he would handle everything. Jonathon contacted my parent's insurance company and arranged for an adjuster to come out and inspect the roof. He made sure to be there at the same time and be an advocate for my parents to make sure they received all the repairs needed. The adjuster under estimated the amount of work and supplies (about half the shingles) to complete the job but he still took on the repairs and completed in a timely manner. He even ordered the extra items need to complete the roof, at his expense, and notified the insurance company of the shortage not knowing how long it would take to receive final payment. It took about 4 more weeks until the insurance company finally issued the final payment. Jonathon never pressured or even said anything about the remaining balance; he just kept reassuring my mother to not worry. I wanted to write this review for Capital Roofing Solutions, LLC. because my parents are elderly and not as familiar with this process of writing reviews. They experienced excellent customer service and very professional work provided by Jonathon and his crew from Capital Roofing Solutions, LLC. I had my roof replaced the year before and wish I had known about Capital Roofing Solutions, LLC. Great work guys and thank you!
